Who is responsible
ProdQueue is published by Plugins.Dog. For privacy questions or data requests, email support@prodqueue.com.
Information we collect
- Support details you submit, including your name, email address, store URL, issue category, and message.
- Limited campaign attribution such as UTM values and the referring site when you first arrive.
- Aggregated website analytics, including page paths and a limited set of interactions such as purchase, demo and documentation clicks, video plays and support-form outcomes. Query strings and URL fragments are removed before page-view events are sent.
- Technical and security data needed to prevent abuse and deliver the website, including a salted hash of the IP address used to submit a support request.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to support requests, improve the product and documentation, measure which pages and campaigns are useful, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Services we use
The website is hosted by Vercel. Support records may be stored with Neon, support emails are delivered by Resend, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps identify automated abuse. These providers process limited data for us under their own security and data-protection commitments.
Retention
We keep support records only for as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain a useful service history, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Analytics retention follows the settings of our Vercel account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, or object to certain uses. Email us from the address connected with your request so we can verify it safely.
ProdQueue plugin data
The WordPress plugin stores production data in your own WordPress database. It does not require a ProdQueue.com account and does not send your WooCommerce order data to this website.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website, product, or providers change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
